All of our dampeners are custom-made to order. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the size and details of your order.

Delivery

• We will confirm an estimated delivery time with you once your order is placed and approved.

• Orders are shipped from the UK. UK delivery is usually quicker, while international orders may take longer.

As a custom product, orders may take extra time during busy periods. We will always keep you updated if there are any delays.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at uniqtennisdampeners@gmail.com within 14 days. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
