Refund Policy

At UNIQ – Custom Tennis Dampeners, each order is made especially for you. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept refunds or returns if you change your mind after placing an order.

Refunds or replacements will only be offered if:

The product arrives damaged or faulty.
The design or quantity does not match the confirmed order.
The order is lost in delivery and cannot be tracked.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please email us at uniqtennisdampeners@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will either arrange a replacement or process a refund.
